About the author:
Lea Ann (Franny) Walsh was born in North Carolina and has lived in several cities throughout the southern United States. For the last twenty years, she has made New Orleans her home. Franny is a registered nurse with more than thirty years of experience. As a wife and mother of four children and one granddaughter, she has lots of experience singing nursery songs and reading children's books. Knowing how important stimulation and creativity are to children, she believes that books are an important part of growing up and developing the desire to read and to use one’s imagination. Developing strong reading and writing skills is a foundation for children all over the world, and Franny wants to make it fun!
