If Momma Ain't Happy: Newly Released What's In Your 24? Guides Women to Live a Life with No Excuses
What's In Your 24? offers the busy woman a guide to good health and happiness without excuses. This guide helps women become female masterpieces and to remain relevant personally and professionally.
Aurora, IL – If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy! Newly released lifestyle guide, What's In Your 24?, promises to help women get fit from the inside out, take control of their destiny, and live life without excuses – in short, to make “momma” happy.

What's In Your 24? shatters the misconception of “I don't have time.” According to author Dana Simone Stovall, the problem with many self-help books is that they are ineffective due to their length and the complex information within. Stovall's guide is intentionally written in 60 concise pages with three chapters and 12 sections that emulate the hours on a clock.
What’s In Your 24? is designed to take no more than 60 minutes to read, no more than 60 seconds to decide to change your life, and no more than 24 hours to begin making the transformation. The guide also offers 24 Time Efficiency Tips™ that promise to help women maximize their day, including how to effortlessly exercise at least three times during the day.
