Get Back to Basics with Paleo Fitness
Phoenix, AZ - The secret to a strong, lean physique is to eat and work out the way nature intended.
Introducing Paleo Fitness, a go-to guide for living the Paleo lifestyle. Whether you’ve just heard about the Paleo diet or it’s been part of your daily routine for a while, this book will help you achieve your health and fitness goals faster than a caveman can hunt dinner.
Paleo Fitness is the only book of its kind. It provides a comprehensive program of primal exercises and a two-week meal plan with recipes, making it easy for you to shed pounds and build muscle. And it’s a heckuva lot of fun.
“Anthropological evidence tells us that our Paleolithic forebears were lean, tall, and athletic and avoided the chronic diseases that plague us today,” explains author Darryl Edwards. “We can reintroduce key elements of our ancestors’ lifestyle—better food choices, appropriate physical activity, and stress management will mitigate the risks associated with the development of chronic disease.”
Now’s the time to look back to move forward. You’ll have never felt more alive.
